We understand that plans can change, and we’ll always do our best to work with you. Please review our cancellation policy below:

General Cancellations

• 96 hours (4 days) or more before your event: Payment will be held as a credit, valid for 12 months.
• Cancelations after the 96 hours payment will be forfeited. 

 

Weather Cancellations

For safety reasons, Bounce Houses and Soft Plays cannot be used during rain, lightning, thunderstorms, or high winds.

The same 96-hour rule applies for weather-related cancellations.

 

Rescheduling

• Rescheduling is allowed one time only
• Subject to equipment availability

 

Reschedule Fee:
$150 or 20% of the total order (whichever is higher)

Important Notes

• Once the delivery process has started, no changes are allowed
• Weather forecasts are not guaranteed and do not override our policy
• All credits are valid for 12 months, non-refundable, and non-transferable

 

Inflatables must be deflated and taken down if winds exceed safety limits (15 mph).
