Refunds & Cancellations

We understand that plans can change, and we’ll always do our best to work with you. Please review our cancellation policy below:

General Cancellations

  • All payments are non-refundable.

  • If you cancel 96 hours (4 days) or more before your event, you will receive a credit for the full amount paid, which can be applied to a future booking within 12 months.

  • If you cancel within 96 hours (less than 4 days) of your event, you will forfeit 50% of the payment. The remaining 50% will be issued as a credit toward a future booking (valid for 12 months).

Weather Cancellations

  • For safety reasons, Bounce Houses and Soft Plays cannot be used during rain, lightning, thunderstorms, or high winds.

  • The same 96-hour rule applies for weather-related cancellations:

    • If you cancel 4+ days in advance, you will receive a full credit for a future booking (valid for 12 months).

    • If you cancel within 4 days of the event, you will forfeit 50% of the payment. The remaining 50% will be issued as a credit (valid for 12 months).

  • Events may be rescheduled at no charge, subject to equipment availability.
