Delivery-Only Policy & Service Details
At Deluxe Bounce House, we offer delivery-based services only. We do not allow customer pick-ups from our warehouse. All orders will be delivered directly to your event or location as per your requirements. You must be at time of delivery.
Tables and Chairs Setup
Please note that table and chair setup is not included in the rental price. If you require setup for tables and chairs, this can be arranged for an additional charge. Kindly reach out to us in advance to discuss your setup needs.
Other Services
For all other rentals, we’ll handle the delivery, setup, and pick-up as part of our service. We ensure that everything is set up and ready for use, and once your event concludes, we’ll return to pick everything up at a convenient time.
Delivery Rates
Please see below for our delivery rates:
- FREE DELIVERY - up to 35 miles from zip code 33028 on orders more than $500.00 with code FREEDELIVERY500 (orders less than $500 delivery fee is based as below list)
- $35 - from 1 to 10 miles from zip code 33028.
- $50.00 - from 11 to 20 miles from zip code 33028.
- $75.00 - from 21 to 30 miles from zip code 33028.
- $100.00 - from 31 to 40 miles from zip code 33028.
- $200 fee for Building / Hotel / Elevator Deliveries (if reservation is done directly on the website fee will be charged in a separate invoice.)
